The administrators of your personal data are:

You have the access to your data, which means that you can change it and claim to remove it from the base. You can also reduce the range of processing your data as welle as transfer it. You also have the right to complain to supervisory authority, if the process infracts legal requirements.
The data will be processed to let the company provide transport services.
Sharing your data is self-imposed, but unless you share it, transport services could not be executed.
The legal basis of data processing by our company:
- to sign a contract in order to accomplish the services due to your interest in our offer (basis included in art. 6 act 1, letter B RODO);
- as evidence in case there would be any law demands for facts exhibition – to protect and archive the information, that is our legal based interest (basis included in art. 6, act 1, letter F RODO)
- in order to determine, investigate or deflect claims, that is our legal based interest (basis included in art. 6, act 1, letter F RODO)
The receiver of your personal data can be entity that provide accounting and financial services for the Administrator (in case of issuing an invoice for transport services), and counterparties which provides services for the Administrator.
Your personal data will be not forwarded to any countries that are not included in European Economic Area.
The data Administrator will not practice the automatic decision making, including profiling.
Personal data will be stored during the contract as well as throughout the period determined by law to certify accomplishing services – in other words, untill possibility of claims lodging elapses.
